Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Any product that is damaged, altered, or not in its original state may not be eligible for a return.
Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. I recommend using a trackable shipping method for return shipments and keeping the shipping receipt as proof of shipment.
Refund Process:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. I may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to initiate the return process. Upon verification, I will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges:
I currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or variant of the product, please follow the return process outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item.
Restocking Fee:
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for certain returns, especially for items that are returned without their original packaging or are not in their original condition. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Changes to the Return Policy:
Fundum Shop reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the policy will be posted on our website.
